Vila Elemen is a masterpiece by Tekat Maju Sdn Bhd, an established property development group that is committed towards quality and innovation. Since its inception in 2007, Tekat Maju has been involved in numerous property development projects in the Klang Valley, in locations that include Selayang, Kepong, Kajang and Shah Alam.
The group is now venturing into mix development projects in the rapidly developing vicinity of Puchong. The former's track record includes a well-known commercial project in Bandar Baru Selayang comprising 448 units of apartments and 64 units of shoplots in the guarded and gated enclave known as One Selayang.
